Project thinking
Turning big life questions into concrete next steps, decisions, experiments and review points.
Simple Living Coach
Bharat / Ben works with people who sense that success, speed or external achievement has become too expensive and want to rebuild from truth, responsibility and higher thinking.

Professional experience. Practiced simplicity.
I know the world of projects, programs, portfolios, PMOs, steering committees, audits, policies, procedures, delivery pressure and professional responsibility. I also know what it means to step out of the hamsterwheel and build a life with more space for family, land, health, spiritual practice, community and meaningful work.
That combination matters. I do not coach simple living as a fantasy or as a rejection of professional life. I coach it as someone who understands the golden handcuffs from the inside and who has also made real choices toward a simpler, more livable rhythm.
This is the ground of Simple Living Coach: professional depth, coaching discipline, Transformative Communication and a life that is actually being practiced.
I know the professional machine from the inside: consulting houses, large programs, project and portfolio pressure, PMOs, audits, policies, procedures and responsibility that does not stop when the meeting ends.
The golden handcuffs are real. They can look like success, credibility, day rates, responsibility and another important steering committee. I did not step away because I could not handle that world. I knew it well enough to stop handing it the steering wheel of my life.
I stepped out because I wanted to live. Not just recover between projects. Not just perform well. Not just manage pressure with better habits. I wanted a life with family, land, health, spiritual practice, meaningful work, community and enough space to feel what was true.
Today I still choose selected professional work when it serves. But I no longer organize my whole life around the corporate hamsterwheel. Simple Living Coach grew from that lived tension: professional depth, coaching discipline, project-world realism and a simpler life that is actually practiced.
This is not a marketing story. It is the lived turning point behind the coaching work.
Turning big life questions into concrete next steps, decisions, experiments and review points.
Listening, reflection, challenge and accountability without forcing a prefabricated model onto your life.
Reducing dependency, rebuilding rhythms, and making room for family, nature, health and contribution.
Asking what life is for, not only how to make the current pattern more efficient.
Simple Living Coach is the personal doorway. School of Simple Living is the broader school, community and course ecosystem. Servant Leader Institute is the professional training and leadership site.
The brands can support each other, but this page stays focused on direct personal guidance with Bharat / Ben.
Lineage, mentorship and gratitude
A significant part of Bharat’s personal and professional development has been shaped by the work of Dr. David B. Wolf, the Vedic Personality Inventory, Satvatove’s transformational courses and the practical wisdom behind Relationships That Work. Bharat gratefully acknowledges this influence. Much of his work builds on, responds to and extends what he has learned through years of mentorship, practice and lived application.
School of Simple Living, Simple Living Coach and Servant Leader Institute are independent projects and are not official Satvatove programs unless explicitly stated. Satvatove, the VPI and Dr. David B. Wolf’s work are acknowledged here as important roots, inspirations and formative influences in Bharat’s journey and work.
Health, Ayurveda and lived transformation
Bharat’s work is also informed by years of practical engagement with Ayurveda, herbal medicine, essential oils, detoxification, frequency therapy and holistic self-regulation. He learned from an Indian BAMS physician specialized in herbs and worked for years with Ayurvedic medicine, including importing Ayurvedic products from India as a voluntary consultant and later as a managing director in Austria.
His own journey with asthma, allergies, celiac disease, food intolerances, Lyme disease, parasites, heavy-metal burden and other chronic challenges became less of a victim story and more of an empowering experience: a deep re-learning of eating, sleeping, drinking, breathing, environment and daily rhythm, grounded in traditional high-culture knowledge and a growing trust in the body’s remarkable self-healing capacity.
This is shared as personal founder background and lived experience. It is not medical advice, and not a promise that School of Simple Living, Simple Living Coach or Servant Leader Institute can diagnose, treat or cure any disease.
