A guided course for people who want to simplify outer life while strengthening responsibility, family, community, meaningful work, and spiritual direction.
Starts 11 August 2026 · 18:00–20:00 Lisbon / 19:00–21:00 Berlin

Many people feel drawn to simple living, but the first steps can feel unclear. What do you change first? How do you reduce dependency without becoming reactive? How do you bring family, work, money, land, health, and spiritual life into one coherent direction?
The Simple Living & High Thinking Course turns that longing into a practical path. It helps you treat your life as something that can be consciously redesigned, one decision and one experiment at a time.
The course is built around the Simple Living High Thinking Mandala: domains of life, phases of transformation and principles that keep practical change connected to self-realization.
Simple Living & High Thinking has two connected layers. First, it is a framework: a set of processes, principles, tools, and techniques for redesigning life with more simplicity, responsibility, and spiritual direction.
Second, it becomes accessible as an online course. The course gives structure, sequence, examples, reflection prompts, and implementation steps so the framework can move from idea into lived practice.
Processes, principles, tools, and techniques for decisions, habits, family life, work, land, community, and inner practice.
A guided path that turns the framework into modules, exercises, experiments, reviews, and concrete next steps.
The origin of the Simple Living & High Thinking framework was first shared in Bharat's TEDx talk about leaving the hamsterwheel and rebuilding life around family, nature, service and self-realization. Watch the TEDx talk →
Name what is too heavy, what is essential, and what kind of life you are actually trying to build.
Reduce unnecessary needs, possessions, habits, dependencies, and distractions.
Create practical rhythms for family, food, work, learning, community, and inner practice.
Practically apply your inherent qualities and talents, your dharma, as a foundation for contribution, not isolation.
This is not about copying someone else's lifestyle. It is about becoming responsible enough to choose what serves life in your own context.
Some people begin with decluttering. Others begin with food, homeschooling, remote work, land, community, spiritual practice, or leaving a career track that no longer feels true. The course can begin wherever life is asking for more honesty.
Over time, this path can also grow into retreats, workshops, and shared harvests on the land: real-world spaces where people practice simple living together and orient their lives toward a higher meaning.
This is not a course for people who want quick productivity hacks. It is for those willing to ask: what kind of life am I actually building?
